What it does

Proxyman for iOS is a standalone app that captures all network traffic (HTTP/HTTPS) from iOS devices without requiring a Mac. It provides features like viewing requests/responses in plain text, FaceID/Passcode protection, log sharing to macOS, Split View for iPad, and debugging tools such as Map Local, Breakpoint, Block List, SSL Proxying List, and No Caching. It creates a local VPN and uses a Man-In-The-Middle server to decrypt traffic, storing data locally in SQLite and not sending it to remote servers.
