What it does
Digital Twins is a Litmus Edge feature that lets you create virtual representations of assets (machines, devices, or production lines) and combine static metadata with real-time data from your shop floor into a single, structured payload. It uses a two-level hierarchy: models (templates) and instances (specific assets). Models define static and dynamic attributes, transformations, and parameters. Instances inherit from models and map live data topics. The assembled payload is published on NATS topics.
